Throughout the first phase of construction, our residents have made it clear: offering garage lots is a huge perk! This is why we’re so happy to announce that all lots in Phase 2 of our development are garage lots. Having access to a garage cannot only improve the value of your home, but it can also contribute to its experience of it. Your garage will provide both convenience and additional storage. You’ll have a way to protect your vehicle from the elements and store seasonal belongings right at home.
Prefab Homes With Garage
‘Prefab homes’ and ‘garage’ aren’t commonly seen in the same sentence. While not all modular home communities offer their residents the option to build a standard garage, it’s become a popular option within Meadows of Morinville. All of the garages in our community are built on site to the size of your preference. We offer our standard size of 14’ x 24’, however, if you’d prefer something bigger, we can do that. You have the ability to built a tandem two-car garage or oversized single car garage to allow for extra room for a work bench or storage solutions.
While a detached garage is often viewed as an afterthought with many modular homes, that’s not the case in Meadows of Morinville. During the homebuying process, you will be able to select the garage that best fits your needs and decide whether it’s something you want to build now or in the future. Either way, we’ll take care of the heavy lifting for you. When it’s time to build, your garage will need to adhere to the architectural controls by complementing your home aesthetic and add curb appeal to the community. Both elements help protect the value of your home!

Some of our residents have found creative ways to utilize the extra square footage of their garages as extra rooms. For example, one resident’s garage has been transformed into a music studio that plays host to a number of fun gatherings within the community. In summer of 2022, they put on a concert and hosted an Elvis impersonator – talk about a good time!

There’s More to Love in Meadows of Morinville
Meadows of Morinville offers beautiful modular homes equipped with functional garages and community amenities you can’t resist.
